Peace Country Restoration is a family owned and operated business. Owners Garry and Colleen Bice are actively involved in the daily operations. Their friendly service stands out, and so does their finished product – Peace Country Restoration endaevours to set the standard in the restoration business because it is what they do best.



The Early Years

Garry BIce – the President of Peace Country Restoration – was originally involved in agriculture. In 1984 the family farm was sold. Garry saw that the Peace Region needed a full service janitorial and cleaning service, and he decided to venture into the business. That original company grew to feature carpet cleaning, and eventually evolved into Peace Country Restoration.

Peace Country Restoration is a family-owned business. Owners Garry and Colleen Bice take pride in having worked together in Peace Country Restoration since its inception and are working to pass on the business to the future generation of the company.

The Present

The family connection in the company has expanded, with daughter Calah and her husband Dallas Pearson the newest members of the Peace Country Restoration family. Both Dallas and Calah have learned the business from the ground up and now participate in many of the managerial and planning activities. Garry and Colleen have worked hard to ensure all staff members are trained to handle any issue a job may bring.

Peace Country Restoration is fully certified with The Clean Trust Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration, based in Vancouver, Washington. This commitment to certification dates back to 1989 when Garry Bice earned his certification in Odor Removal Decontamination and Disinfection, and begExperienced in asbestos and hazardous materials removalan studying in the field of Restoration Technology.

The Future

Peace Country Restoration is currently expanding, recently hiring a project manager and opening an additional location in the former Workforce Training office at the Dawson Creek Campus of Northern Lights College.
